RFI Shielding
RFI shielding is one of those subjects where even the most experienced RF designers can learn from the specialists. Did you know that most circulators, couplers and power splitters are transparent to RFI? Or that a die-cast box provides very little shielding unless it has an RF gasket?We manufacture and supply radio frequency shielding materials and components. We have a range that includes conductive elastomers, fabric-over-foam, shielded vents, shielded windows, shielding cans, form-in-place gaskets, metal EMI gasketing, spring finger gaskets, EMI cable shielding, conductive adhesives and foil tapes. Our production capability includes a form-in-place gasket dispensing process that enables us to apply conductive EMI gaskets and environmental seals, directly onto enclosures, mouldings and covers. Conductive Epoxy Adhesives – a range of structural electrically conductive adhesives that can be used for EMI shielding and grounding.
Conductive Silicone Adhesives – a range of flexible electrically conductive adhesives that can be used for EMI shielding and grounding.
Conductive Fabric Over Foam Gaskets – a range of conductive fabric wrapped foam core gasket sections that offer low compression force and high shielding performance.
Embedded Wire Gaskets – conductive embedded wire gasket materials that includes orientated wire in silicone, elastomer filled woven aluminium mesh and expanded metal meshes for EMI shielding.
